All of our Sealy mattresses are covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty applies from the date of purchase and covers faults affecting the performance of the mattress or base, including issues with springs, coils, or structural components. If a manufacturing fault is identified, Sealy will repair or replace the product in line with their warranty terms.
As comfort is a personal preference, this is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. For added reassurance, please see our Comfort Guarantee.
What’s Included
- Manufacturing defects in the mattress or base
- Faults in springs, coils, or internal structure
- Structural issues with the base or foundation
What’s Not Included
- Normal wear and tear, including body indentations under 32mm
- Comfort preference (e.g. mattress feels too firm or too soft)
- Stains, burns, or damage to fabric and covers
- Damage caused by misuse, poor care, or incorrect support/base
- Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect performance
To help keep your mattress in good condition and avoid unnecessary damage, we recommend using a mattress protector.
Additional Information
- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- The mattress should be kept in good condition to remain eligible for warranty claims
- Inspection or transport charges may apply if no fault is found
- Replacement products are covered by a new warranty
