We want you to love your mattress. If the firmness isn’t quite right, simply contact us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll arrange to adjust it to better suit your comfort needs.

This guarantee relates to comfort preferences and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty.

We’ll organise collection of your mattress and update the firmness level for you.

For customers in metro areas, this can typically be completed on the same day or shortly after your request. For regional areas, please allow up to one week.
