90-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love your mattress. If the firmness isn’t quite right, simply contact us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll arrange to adjust it to better suit your comfort needs.

We will organise collection of your mattress, update the firmness level for you and return it back to you. For customers in metro areas, this can typically be completed on the same day or shortly after your request. For regional areas, please allow up to one week.

This guarantee relates to comfort preferences and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty.

Mattresses are excluded from our 30-Day Hassle-Free Change of Mind Returns policy but remain covered by our manufacturer's warranty for eligible manufacturing defects.
