To be Eligible for a Return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. 

• It must be in its original packaging. 

Not Eligible for Return

• Items that are damaged, unprotected, or not returned in their original packaging. 

• Items that have been customised or stained per your request. These items can still be returned within 30 days, less 50% of the value of the item at the time of purchase. 

• Products sourced specifically at your request (not part of our standard range) — these are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

• Any item not in resaleable condition (e.g. scratched, stained, or altered in any way). 

• All ex-demo items are final sale and non-refundable. 

• Any claims relating to transit damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for warranty assessment or coverage.
