Yes, you must be home to meet the movers and receive your delivery.

Please ensure the space where your new furniture will be placed is cleared prior to delivery. Our delivery team is not permitted to move or remove existing furniture.

We also recommend protecting floors and surrounding areas before delivery of large items.

If the courier has arranged to meet you at the delivery location and you are not there they will leave the items at the front door where safe.

If there is no safe location to leave it, you will be charged a re-delivery fee
