Black Friday – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period

1.1 The Black Friday Early Access period runs from Wednesday 28 October 2026 to 11:59pm Sunday 1 November 2026 AEDT (“Early Access Period”).
1.2 The main Black Friday Sale runs from Monday 2 November 2026 to 11:59pm Sunday 29 November 2026 AEDT (“Sale Period”).
1.3 Offers apply to orders placed online at theacaciatree.com.au and via our Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane showrooms during these periods, unless stated otherwise.
1.4 We may extend, change or end the promotion early where permitted by law. Any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Pricing

Sale pricing – up to 60% off storewide
2.1 Discounts of up to 60% apply across our range. Discount levels vary by product, collection and configuration, and not all products are discounted by 60
2.2 The discount applied to each product is shown on its product page or price ticket.

3. 50% off shipping

3.1 Orders placed during the Early Access Period receive 50% off standard shipping charges.
3.2 This offer does not apply to outlet items and Freight Quote required orders.
3.3 The shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout, or in-store at the time of purchase. It does not apply to orders placed outside the Early Access Period.

4. Lowest price promise

4.1 If you buy a product during the Early Access Period or Sale Period, you’re covered by our Lowest Price Promise.
4.2 If we sell the same product for less between the end of the Sale Period and 31 December 2026, we’ll refund you the difference.
4.3 This does not apply to outlet items.

5. Price honour for orders placed 5–27 October 2026

5.1 Customers who placed an order between 5 October 2026 and 27 October 2026 may claim the difference between the price they paid and the Black Friday sale price of the same product.
5.2 To claim, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
5.3 The difference will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
5.4 The price honour applies to the cart total including product prices, package and bundle discounts, but excludes shipping, delivery, assembly, and other fees.
5.5 It applies only to the same product, size, timber, finish and configuration as originally orde
5.6 Orders that were cancelled or fully refunded are not eligible.

6. Stock availability

6.1 In-stock items are limited and available while stocks last.
6.2 Sale prices remain valid for the duration of the promotion even if a product sells out.
6.3 If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a backorder date or a full refund.

7. Made-to-order & priority production

7.1 Made-to-order purchases placed during the Early Access Period receive priority in our production queue ahead of orders placed during the main Sale Period.
7.2 Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Priority processing does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including before Christma
7.3 Our standard made-to-order lead times depend on the range. You’ll be given an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.
7.4 Made-to-order items are custom made and cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun, except where required by law.

8. Showroom purchases

8.1 All Black Friday offers are available in our Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane showrooms during showroom opening hours.
8.2 Showroom floor stock and display items may carry additional discounts. These items are sold as-is, may show minor marks from display, and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

9. Returns & change of mind

9.1 Our standard Returns Policy applies to all sale items, unless these terms say otherwise. You can find full details in our FAQ centre

10. Pricing errors

10.1 We take care to ensure prices are correct. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
