30-Day Hassle-Free Returns – Terms and Conditions

At The Acacia Tree, we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns for eligible items.

Warranty & Damage Claims Disclaimer
Any claims relating to transit damage or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for warranty assessment or coverage.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom Made Items: Items that have been made to specific requirements or dimensions, including the addition of a stain. As these are custom, made-to-order pieces, they are non-refundable.
• Ex-Demo Items: All ex-demo items are final sale and non-refundable.
• Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Rugs: All rugs are ineligible for return
• Mattresses: All Mattresses are ineligible for return- please see 90-day comfort guarantee

Eligibility for Returns

To be Eligible for a Return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• It must be in its original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

• Items that are damaged, unprotected, or not returned in their original packaging.
• Items that have been customised or stained per your request. These items can still be returned within 30 days, less 50% of the value of the item at the time of purchase.
• Products sourced specifically at your request (not part of our standard range) — these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Any item not in resaleable condition (e.g. scratched, stained, or altered in any way).
